The US Navy is evaluating the utility of a program variant customized for staff member use. Targeted issues include:

• internal and external communications
• internal and external planning, coordination and support
• manning, training and readiness
• retention and career path progression

Our solution:

Other than customized data collection topics, our staff variant is exactly the same as what is fielded with operational units. Our system:

• collects information that might not be reported any other way
• is fielded in a manner that resonates with today's "Millenniums"
• provides leadership with a direct link to the deckplates
• identifies "Beyond-the-Command" issues that need external resources to fix
