New Domains Welcome
Overview:
Based on our past success, we believe that our reporting systems will work well in almost any fast-paced, activity-intense environment.
- we understand that frontline personnel want less nonsense, not more
- we understand that for a frontline manager, if a program doesn't help, it hurts
- we understand that users define their areas of interest, not us
- we understand that "until-level" means "local" and not "enterprise-wide"
Our approach:
We realize that our approach may not be a good fit for every organization and/or every management person. We focus on:
- "system improvements" and behavior modifications... not nametag monitoring
- allowing frontline people a direct link to management... absent any filtering
- a process that resonates with your unique workforce... not just one-size-fits-all
- frequent and routine feedback... so people known why they're participating
Questions we'll ask of you:
Instantiating and then sustaining program usage rates takes work. If we're not all on the same page, it's better to find out right up front.
- Can you commit to providing regular and routine feedback to end-users?
- Are you "okay" learning about issues... absent a list of individual names?
- Is your organization willing to let frontline managers deal with reported issues?
- When's the last time a frontline suggestion led to significant in-house changes?
Next steps:
If you'd like to tell us about your reporting needs and objectives, we'd welcome the chance to discuss how we might (or might not) be a fit.
